This villa is situated in the North Finger of the Jolly Harbour marina (see map below). It is located on the channel giving it views of the sailing activity in the harbour as well as views of the mountains. A third bedroom has been created by converting the garage giving space for bunk bed. There is an extended deck/patio area and mooring for a vessel on the waterside of the villa. The North beach is within walking distance, as are the local bars and restaurants, golf course and shops.
