The covered sun-flair entrance invites one into a breeze way leading to a spacious lounge area and onto a beach fronting deck, surrounding a large swimming pool. Steps lead immediately from the swimming pool to the white sand beach and azure Caribbean Sea. The view is due west into the brilliant Caribbean sunsets.

The kitchen is custom designed with accented cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. All of the five bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, and air conditioning. Four of the bedrooms are en-suited. The master bedroom has a four-poster bed, and opens onto the pool area with a commanding view of the sea and the neighboring islands of Montserrat and Nevis on the horizon.

Across from the driveway entrance is 85 feet of seawall offering moorage for either sail or motor vessel, and will accommodate a vessel up to 70 feet in length easily.
